PRIVACY POLICY AND INFORMATION CLAUSE

1. 1. 1. The Controller of your personal data is VULÉE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością [VULÉE LCC], having its registered office in Michałów (postal code: 05-205) at ul. Piękna 14, having REGON No. [National Official Business Register No.]: 387109300, NIP No [Tax ID No.]: 1251711259 entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. [National Court Register No.] 0000861185, having share capital of PLN 5,000.
      2. Customer’s personal data is processed to:
         2.1 conclude and perform the agreement pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1) of GDPR during the term of the agreement and until the expiry of time limits to pursue claims;
         2.2. handle the registration process, namely, opening a Customer Account (if the Customer wants such an account) and logging in to such an account;
         2.3. handle complaints pursuant to point (c) of Article 6(1) of GDPR during one year following the expiry of implied warranty or settlement of complaint;
         2.4. send to submitted email address ordered newsletter in electronic form by the Seller pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) of GDPR;
         2.5. compile statistics on website traffic, reports, analyses;
         2.6. pursue claims related to the agreement pursuant to point (f) Article 6(1) of GDPR which stipulates that claiming receivables until final completion of proceedings, including enforcement proceedings, constitutes legitimate interest of the Controller;
         2.7. archive billing documents pursuant to point (c) Article 6(1) of GDPR until the period of limitation of tax liability expires.
      3. Customer’s personal data may be transferred to recipients such as:
         3.1. postal or courier companies;
         3.2. entities enabling the Shop Operator to carry out remote payment operations;
